Our in-house training school: LFD Academy!
In-house Training
Created in 2018, the LFD Academy trains and supports more than 700 employees every year.
Its mission is to pass on our know-how, align our practices and ways of working, and support the development of our teams’ skills.
No previous experience in the food industry is required. We offer hands-on, interactive training that helps employees build their skills quickly and become operational fast, thanks to immediate on-the-job immersion alongside a trainer.
Through our training academy, employees benefit from real learning and development opportunities. We are committed to providing a welcoming onboarding experience and a high-quality integration journey for all our team members.
