Personal Data Protection Charter
PreambleThis Personal Data Protection Charter (hereinafter referred to as the "Charter") aims to formalize our commitment to the protection of personal data of users of the website operated by La Fournée Dorée Canada (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").

Use of Recruitment Tools
To facilitate external and internal recruitment, La Fournée Dorée Canada uses the Cegid HR Talent Acquisition software, developed by CEGID, which allows job postings, application collection, and candidate management.
La Fournée Dorée Canada acts as the data controller and CEGID acts as the data processor.
Given its purpose, the processing of personal data is necessary for the legitimate interests pursued by La Fournée Dorée Canada, namely the management of recruitment processes and the execution of pre-contractual measures with applicants.
User Rights
In accordance with personal data protection legislation, users have the right to access, rectify, delete, object, restrict processing, and request portability of their data, and to define instructions regarding the handling of their data after their death.
Data Retention
